Eric leads human resources globally with a focus on talent management, building company culture, and overseeing EHS and ESG initiatives. With over 20 years of global HR experience in the industrial sector focusing on organizational transformations and change management. He began his career in Human Resources with Tyco International and previously held leadership positions at Pentair and Emerson in both the USA and Switzerland prior to the carve-out of Sensience from Emerson. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications, Learning, and Design from Ithaca College and a Masters’ of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
