Roger has over 30 years of leadership experience as CEO or Divisional Leader of global industrial manufacturing companies. Prior to Sensience, Roger served as CEO and Director for CentroMotion where Roger led the original carveout and creation of the Company as a standalone business. CentroMotion, a PE owned, global designer and manufacturer of highly engineered products sold into 70+ countries with over 3,700 employees. Prior to CentroMotion, Roger was Executive Vice President and Segment Leader at Enerpac Tools Group (fka Actuant) and held several multinational Division Leadership roles at General Cable (now part of Prysmian). Roger holds an MBA from Xavier University, a BA from Ohio University, and has attended executive management courses at Harvard University.
