Payal is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the development of solutions that meet customer needs across the industries we serve. She brings over 20 years of experience in sales to Sensience. Prior to joining Sensience, she served as VP of Sales and Business Development for Danfoss’s Power Solution segment, where she led a global team of sales leaders to deliver profitable growth. Before this role, Payal held positions of increasing responsibility in customer excellence and account management at Danfoss, both in the USA and Denmark. Her career also includes roles in product management and engineering at Emerson, and she began her professional journey at General Electric Industrial Systems in engineering. Payal holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo.
