VP of Engineering and Technology
Ted Hermann leads our Engineering and Technology organization, driving global engineering strategies, ensuring product safety, and collaborating across functions to deliver innovative solutions aligned with the company’s mission and vision. He brings over 30 years of engineering experience, including his recent role as Research & Development Director of Engineering for Ecolab Sensors and Electrical Engineering in Eagan. MN. Previously, Ted served as Director of Engineering for Carrier Controls out of Fort Wayne, IN. Ted earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a master’s in project management from St. Mary’s University.
